When it dries out, I get very strong and vivid oakmoss, intensive patchouli, vivid cedar all well mixed and blended with distinctive amber. Another great synthetic 'blue' release comes to mind: Laroche's Horizon, or, more recently, Blue Santal and Hermann A Mes Cotes Me Paraissait Une Ombre.

No one would notice it because of its poor performance and if you manage to do it, it has now wow factor in it.It's like the scent you wish to live in as I have literally lived in it and felt his scent when he is away. The opening has a lot going on, lots of blue spices and I was reminded of Chanel Blue, but when it dried down all of that stuff went away and I was left with ginger ale. In the second movement, a Largo maestoso in forest green, cypresses with their calming waves invite you to linger. I am yet to come across a scent that captures rosemary this good, like the smell when you bruise rosemary leaves between your fingers.

Its achille's heel though is the performance, really poor in terms of longevity - after 3 hours or so it's gone, and you'll get a very faint synthetic woody note surviving on your skin for quite some time more. Therefore this l `eau bleau is a great if not very good fragrance, which not all have worn and will never wear. Imagine it's a sunny Saturday, I'm walking down the gravel path in a dark blue jumper with khaki chinos, and white sneakers, I can still smell the hoarfrost.Value for money is 10/10, the juice is very affordable, the projection and longevity is outta this world. I'm still getting my thoughts settled on this, there are things I like about it, but also things that I dislike about it. While there are plenty of facets to this I do like, there is something in this that rubs me the wrong way and gives me a cheap 1990s vibe. It is remarkable how the Sisheido Group offers many high quality fragrances and these are usually never devalued with mainstream, cheap or even worse with cheap. It's really natural smelling and realistic like you've just chopped a bunch of greens and the smell is still there on your hands.
