On areas subject to wear, such as garden furniture, allow a few days before heavy use or contact with soft furnishings. Ensure decked areas are swept with a stiff brush or broom to remove all surface dirt, debris and other surface contaminates.

Apply in dry conditions, above 5 degrees Celsius and when bad weather is not forecast, minimum of 2 coats required. Before full application of cuprinol decking stain, we always recommend testing out a small area on your decking surface to ensure you are happy with the products overall adhesion and finish. Cuprinol recommend allowing 7 days after application before subjecting the surface to foot traffic or placing furniture - this is to allow the product to fully cure. Do not apply in temperatures below 5C, in damp conditions or if rain is likely before the product has dried.
